Day 17: Yoga+ 30-Day Challenge


I've been feeling under the weather lately and have come down with something it seems like. I tried sleeping it off for the most of my Saturday, but by today it had just gotten worse. So yeah, I opted to skip yoga today and just rest up.

There is nothing in the pantry though, so I'll have to haul myself to the grocery and stock up on orange juice and vegetables. Oh, and potatoes! I have more energy to expend when I eat carbs, and since I'm not a rice person, potatoes seem like the next best option.


Meditation (+5), 7 hours of sleep minimum (+5), Drinking 3 liters of water a day (+5) = 15 points
