Day 29 of my yoga challenge was spent taking Ryan's Hot B class with Nica. I felt incredibly bad that my sudden change of schedule has messed up my challenge.
On the food front, I've behaved, with polishing off a bowl of cornflakes for breakfast and then a ham sandwich for lunch. I've been feeling a bit under the weather as of late (yoga separation anxiety?) and decided to sweat it out in class instead. Ryan did give me a bit of a scolding, and said that I have to put my health first, but hey, I felt a lot better afterwards.
