I had to skip yoga class today for a food feature I couldn't move. I was gung ho on taking a class at 6:30 in the morning, but overslept. I know it isn't much of an excuse, but I'm really not a morning person.
I have to admit I felt pretty bad about not being able to go to yoga, and diet-wise, it was a big, fat fail on that front, too. The place I was reviewing was this great Italian place, with awesome pizza, pasta, and a big, fat, steak. So I guess you can guess what happened next.
