I had to skip yoga today, since work took over and consumed most of my day and I just couldn't get out of it. It seems that I'm in for a long week, work-wise, I still have two days of yoga to make up for! Drat.
I've gotten so used to having a sandwich and baked potato every day, it's weird when I switch it up and try something different, which was exactly what happened today when I had to attend a food tasting, which was really more of a food feast rather than a simple degustation.
